Follow these steps to start our work together.

Get Pre-approved

Just like you wouldn't go shopping without knowing how much you had in the bank, you don't want to start looking at homes until you know how much you can afford. 

  Let's be prepared so that you know how much buying power you have.

Watch a short video

Don't think about skipping this step! This important video goes over information that I am required to share with you prior to you sharing substantial information with me. It'll only take about 3 minutes to view.

Intake Form

Once you receive a pre-approval letter from your lender, you're ready for this step! To better serve you, our intake form allows us to do a deep dive, so we need to get started on the right foot. It should only take a few minutes to complete.

Schedule a consultation

After the intake form is completed, we will meet to focus on your home buying goals and outline a plan to properly get started based on your unique circumstances.  Buying a home isn't a "one-size-fits-all" process.

Your next home should match your lifestyle.  Whether you want to go with new construction or a resale home, we can find the home that meets your needs.
